Booking & Lead Time
To give you the best service, we recommend confirming your booking in advance:
- Small events (up to 100 guests): Minimum 5–7 days prior
- Medium to large events (100+ guests): Minimum 2–3 weeks prior
- Weddings & large functions: Ideally 4–6 weeks prior
Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability of date, kitchen capacity and staff.
Tasting Policy
We offer a pre-event tasting so you can finalise your menu with confidence.
- Tastings are available by prior appointment only.
- A limited selection of shortlisted dishes will be served.
- For events above a certain size/value, the tasting charge can be adjusted in the final billing (as per discussion at the time of booking).
Details of the tasting (dishes, date, charges) will be confirmed with you during the enquiry process.
Payment Terms & Advance
Your booking is confirmed only after payment of the advance.
- Advance:
A minimum [40–50%] advance is required to block the date and kitchen slot. - Balance Payment:
The remaining amount is payable [before / on] the event day, as per the final guest count and menu. - We accept online transfers, UPI and cheque (subject to clearance).
- Advance:
Final pricing will be shared in writing once the menu and headcount are agreed upon.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the preparation involved.
- Cancellation more than [15] days before the event:
Eligible for a refund of advance minus nominal admin charges. - Cancellation between [7–15] days of the event:
Up to 50% of the advance may be retained towards blocking, planning and purchase commitments. - Cancellation within [7] days of the event:
The advance is non-refundable, as procurement and preparations usually begin.
- Cancellation more than [15] days before the event:
Where possible, we are happy to adjust a part of the advance towards a future date, subject to availability and menu changes.
